Positive: The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. I liked that they offered breakfast but even though wasn't what I was expecting but it was ok

Negative: The bed was a bit too hard for me, a couple of towels had old stains

Positive: I put the room.I asked for a downstairs room for 2 disabled people. My uncle is 86 on oxygen and when I got there they said they only had 2 beds upstairs but it would have been nice to know a head of time I would of went somewhere else. My daughter and uncle had to walk towards the end of the building. So just remember they don't accommodate disabled people.

Positive: I had read some discouraging reviews before our stay in February 2025, but we were delighted with the property and the staff. Amit couldn't have been nicer. They had just begun breakfast service again after a long break following Covid, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, toast, and grab and go items. Our room was well-furnished with microwave and 'fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. We have booked a room here for April, as well.

Negative: We stayed just one night and found nothing to complain about.

Positive: The location is super as close to all resorts that we needed. Close to the freeway and shops. Staff were exceptional.

Negative: 2 out of 4 lights don't work. Not a major issue but could be brighter. Draft from door, ill fitting of door doesn't sit properly
