Positive: We had the unit over the office, the former owner's 1 bedroom and loft. It was fantastic. Very clean, plenty of space for 5 of us, and the location was excellent. The grounds are beautiful also.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Our room was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The king size mattress was comfortable with a nice duvet cover and comfy pillows. The back yard area was very cute with outdoor furniture in all the shady spots, a picnic table for larger groups and an outdoor grill. Very nice. The only staff member we met was John. He was very accommodating and helped us check in early. You could tell he took great interest in making sure we had a good experience.

Negative: Nothing really. It’s an older motel-style property on the edge of a country town that’s been carefully remodeled over the years. Nothing particularly fancy, but it has all the bases covered for a very nice stay.

Summary: Comfortable and cozy. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Positive: Beautiful property—well maintained gardens and beautiful flowers. Kind and friendly staff. Easy parking. Great location.

Negative: No blackout curtains/shade in one room causing the room to be filled with light from an outdoor light throughout the night. Really loud mechanicals above one room (sounded like a big truck was idling just outside the room). Room temperature could not be moderated—really cold!

Summary: If the property continues to be improved, this is a sweet little motel. If not, don’t bother.
