Summary: Stunning venue for an event or a family gathering. The color scheme of the place and decorations make it clear that no detail was overlooked in crafting this piece of paradise. The lighting during the day is gorgeous for pictures. Our guests were impressed by the beauty of the house and the manicured gardens. I also want to mention that the house is well stocked. It has everything you need for parties and making cakes (measuring cups/spoons, hand mixer, etc).

Summary: Great location, gorgeous countryside setting, quiet and peaceful - we had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfy and the house was much roomier than expected. There are stairs required to get to every bedroom, so plan accordingly. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with glassware and cooking essentials, although a few of the nonstick pans need to be retired. This property would be a beautiful wedding venue for a smaller wedding.

Summary: I had been looking forward to this trip for a while since it was my bachelor party. The house and property exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my party. The house managed to retain its antique charm while still providing modern amenities. The lamps and some of the outlets had usb chargers, the rooms had wall mounted ac units and fans with remote controls, the bathrooms were updated and modern just to name a few things. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our 7 person party! The suites were fantastic and the sleeper sofas were extremely comfortable. The property was magnificent, tucked away and very well maintained. The fire pit and bistro lights were a favorite of mine and my friends. There was no pond like in the pictures but I was thinking they either drained it or it dried up as a seasonal pond might do. Other than that I can’t say enough about how beautiful the home and property both were. Thank you Tom & Walt!

Summary: I rented this property for my daughter's bridal shower and it was the perfect venue. It easily accommodated the bridal party for the weekend and our family and friends for the shower festivities on Saturday. The property is beautiful and the house is such a treasure. It has all the modern conveniences while maintaining great historical character. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

Summary: Our stay at Rock Springs was fabulous. The farmhouse is restored with emphasis on retaining the original beauty, upon arrival we were in awe as we walked and enjoyed the interior of the home. Each room warranted a pause and a smile. The exterior did not disappoint either; the pond , gardens and fire pit area were enchanting. We hope to return for future visits as the owners truly provided every amenity and touched base to ensure our stay was perfect.

Summary: Two families comfortably stayed for 3 nights. The kids loved running in the large yard and making s’mores at the fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We cooked all meals there and nothing was missing. It’s beautifully decorated. Every detail is intentional and perfect. Can’t wait to go back again.

They were more than welcoming and provided superb details about the property and nearby activities.
