Positive: The house was very spacious for the two of us, and having 2 full baths was a nice plus. It was well maintained and nicely decorated. It is close to many eating locations on the beach. Also close to three parks and many shopping venues.

Summary: I highly recommend this lovely place to stay while in Veti Beach. Close to shopping and only 3-4 mile drive to beach.

Positive: The house exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and a home from home! The hosts were extremely helpful in extending out stay and our concerns following Hurricane Milton.

Negative: There was genuinely nothing I didn't like about the property.

Positive: Comfortable and cute. Very convenient location. Quiet.

Negative: Had a little bit of an ant problem on the second day when we left the butter out for about 20 minutes. My fault but I broke my glasses on the low overhang outside after throwing out some trash on the side of the house. Beach chairs were nice but would have liked to have had a cheap cooler in the garage to take to the beach.

Summary: We had an excellent stay and I would recommend the place to my friends. 9 1/2 out of 10!

Positive: Very comfortable, great size with two beds and two baths, fenced in yard, washer/dryer, plenty of towels, soap, kitchen stuff, quiet street, good internet, fans in bedrooms and living room.

Negative: The property was great. We didn’t find a lot to do in Vero Beach.

Positive: Loved that it was at the end of the road..very private & quiet. While my hubby felt It was small, it was cozy & perfect for our needs. The queen bed was awesome...really would like to know what mattress brand & style. We are getting ready to make a purchase of a mattress & we loved this one.

Negative: The coffee maker & toaster oven. Both looked old & yucky. A small investment on new ones would go a long way. The other item was the dish drying rack. It had a lot of rust sowhen I washed dishes I placed them on paper towel to dry. These are minor items & I do realize that some of the guests don't care about these as they are not their own therefore they do not take care while using them
