Summary: Our room was of poor quality cleanliness wise. Breakfast was excellent. The conservatory 'restaurant' was dirty and the Staff of poor quality.

Summary: Arriving given the wrong key for the wrong room, that sorted the window in our room was edge to edge cracked. We were there from Wed to Sun complained about the aircon not working, were advised it would be sorted on Monday. I wrote my initials aon the window sills on the fifth floor and they were never cleaned, nite before we left there was blood in the elevator which hadn't been cleaned in the four day's we stayed .ate at the restaurant and waited 20 mins for the bill, would noy recommend this hotel
