Positive: The room was spacious and clean, the soundproofing on the windows is very good, you can't hear any traffic with them closed. The food was excellent, we had dinner in the restaurant, and everything was delicious, with generous portions. We were most impressed with the detail given to the kids dinners which came on nice plates and nicely presented with their own gravy jugs, their was also a decent kids menu with lots of choice.

Negative: We found breakfast more difficult to choose with the table service, it was nice having it served to us, but its more difficult if you like to just have small amounts of different things, eg. I'd have selected a small bit of my favourite cheese and meat, as opposed to a plate full with ones that we weren't that gone on, and didn't really want, but didn't want to waste then either. The pool was a highlight on our stay, but their was a kind of sulphur smell which wasn't that appealing the day we were there.

Positive: Value for money, food in Sutton bar, bed was very comfy, heated floors in bathroom and big walk in wardrobe.

Negative: One chair at the table for two people in the room (Junior Suite). Jacuzzi out of service but was not told in advance of stay. We had to walk through a wedding reception to get to the reception to check in. Shower very small and slippery.

Summary: Fine for a night, staff were lovely but probably wouldn’t stay again. Quite outdated decor

Positive: I had ask for a floor close to ground level as son had a broken leg this was granted and was great for him

Negative: The tv didn’t work think control needed new batteries and couldn’t find a switch to use on tv either but was only to watch morning news which wasn’t a must really

Positive: The location was good, it was easy ti find and the staff where nice

Negative: The pool was a bit cold, jacuzzi was broken etc. the bathroom in our room was quite dated, the water pressure in the shower was horrendous, the shower tray kept filling with water as the water wasn’t draining out of the shower, there was visible mildew on the shower walls. We didn’t have towels in our room and had to ring them twice to send towels up to our room.

Negative: Only one slight negative was that I didn't have breakfast included and I thought I did. That is possibly my own fault but I really thought I had it included when I booked.
