Positive: Very pleasant and friendly host, was communicative and answered all our questions right away. We had a late evening flight, so had to check in after the regular hours, but that was no problem with the key box. Apartment is true to pictures, very spacious and clean. It has a proper big kitchen and the sleeping rooms have big closets to store things in. Very convenient with parking, there is a big parking lot across the street to park the car (on non-market days).

Negative: There is a renovation ongoing next door, so we were woken up by the loud noises early in the morning. Not to blame on the host ofcourse, maybe a notice would help for the ones who would like to sleep in. The warm water supply in the shower can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, but it didn't bothered too much.

Summary: Comfortable stay, would book again!

Positive: Best accommodation in the centre of Malaga. Very clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Plenty of facilities. Very beautiful interior. Very good value. I can recommend for 4 friends, single or two couples and also for a family. I would definitely consider staying there again if visiting Malaga in the future.

Negative: A bit sketchy water boiler. Double Beds only 140*195 cm but this is unfortunately a standard in at least South Spain as well as sliding windows.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable, and great value

Positive: Great location in a residential neighbourhood. Robles home is a modernised apartment within a beautiful traditional building. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed including washing machine and dishwasher.

Negative: The shower had a tendency to go cold but with a little patience it resumed its heat! Not an issue - just a quirk of an older plumbing system we presumed. Next door's cat(s) odour lingered in the hallway but a nice candle did the trick!

Summary: Comfortable stay in a lovely apartment.

Positive: It’s a perfect choice for a family, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. The location is also very close to centre and airport. It’ll be our first choice in malaga again!

Positive: The location of the apartament was great. It was quite well equiped, especially with the coffee machine. It was a nice apartament, I think I would come there again.

Negative: The water in the bathroom was terrible. It was warm for a second and then cold for longer time, then warm again and so on. It was a bit uncomfortable to have a shower. Lack of clothsline dryer inside the apartament - there were only lines outside the window which was a bit scarry for me to put the clothes there on the 7th floor. Lack of child chair - It cost only 25€ in Ikea and it would safe our life if it comes to feed a 1 year old baby.

Summary: Great place, I would recommend it even small minuses.
