Positive: The hotel was amazing, the food, the housing, the facilities, everything was top tier. Special thanks to the amazing staff. Especially Dana, JD and Hussein. All of the people on the island made our stay special and comfortable, ensuring great quality of all the services. The food at the buffet is amazing and has great variety, including gluten free and vegan options. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Another thanks to amazing barmen for serving drinks and facilitating our requests even if they weren’t on the menu. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back

Positive: Great atmosphere, food, friendly staff, lovely room and amenities. Loved the spa as well! Will definitely return in future if we can.

Negative: Doctor office to stock up on after sun burn creams. Had a bit too much sun and did not have access to necessary medication

Positive: The food was superb a lot of thought went into ensuring that different food was available throughout our time at the resort. I particularly liked the evening where staff from each country represented at the resort produced a meal from their country. The staff at the resort were very inclusive, it made you feel like one big family.

Negative: For an all-inclusive holiday where the island is the resort, any special events / meals / extras seemed quite expensive. In the room the mini bar drinks cost extra even though the same drink at bars did not?

Summary: A wonderful place made even better by the amazing team that worked there.
