Positive: What a great flat. Super spacious- there were three of us but it could easily fit 4 or even 5 people. Clean, equipped with anything you might need (even blowdryers in every room and an espresso machine), convenient location for exploring West Cornwall and easy parking on site. The people were so nice and the food at the pub is among the best pub foods we've ever had.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: This is such a beautiful property, warm and cosy with everything you could need. Perfect position for heading out and about. We ate in the restaurant and the carvery meal I had was superb. The cakes on offer are divine and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back again another time.

Positive: Lovely loft apartment, well furnished, comfortable, modern and has everything you need. The pub also does a banging carvery. Made our stay really nice as we were down in Cornwall to do the Arc of Attrition race. The big bath and shower was very much appreciated after that!!

Positive: Vary spacious, amazing king size bed, really well equipped with appliances and TV, good WiFi. Nice touches like cream teas. Milk and Orange juice.... fantastic

Negative: Fridge freezer a little noisy and always seemed to be running so it may have a fault from new so we reported this to Jessica. Could do with a washing line or free standing clothes airer to dry after wash and Spin. Both very minot and didn't spoil our stay at all.

Positive: Spacious, modern, comfortable & well equiped. Short drive to areas of interest. Fresh milk , bread & butter on arrival and tea, coffee & cleaning products was a bonus.

Negative: Need to ask owner to change main heating controls (times and temp), but didn't bother as settings were adequate and we were out most of the time.
