The Cottage has two bedrooms that each feature a queen bed, a 40” UHD television with DirecTV an a desk with chair. The living room room has two couches that make into two double beds and 61” television with DirecTV & DVD player. The Cottage includes a full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, tableware and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees. Rounding out the features is a dining room and table that will accommodate up to 6 guests.

Summary: Having just got home from a long road trip, this was a pleasant surprise. Having restored a 100-year-old house. I can appreciate everything that has been done to the structure. The only thing I have to say is that is missing a bottle opener for wine and the can opener does not work. Other than that a very nice house in a very nice location

Summary: I slept wonderfully on the couch (unopened). There were difficulties with the BR to the right, the "sleep number" bed did not work. The bathroom had an "odor", I would suggest a plug in air freshener, and the tub took several hours to drain from a shower, look for a plumber or some drano after each stay. There were only 4 towels for 4 people for 3 nights, I would suggest minimum 8 next time. There were no batteries in the TV remote in the BR left. Probably just need to check these before the next person arrives. There were 8-10 coffee pods, but with 4 visitors and 3 days and nights, I think 16 is reasonable to expect. Also, we did have a cockroach in the hallway as we left, but I'm sure it was hiding the prior 3 days. We also had problems with the thermostat, we tried to turn it down, but it wouldnt go below 70, so it was warm at times. Could have been better, but the TV worked and I slept well. Also had many restaurants with-in walking distance

Summary: Cute little home in Central Chowchilla, on busy street but quiet at night, didn't really explore the area since I was just there overnight, comfortable sleep number bed, easy check in and good off street parking.
