Positive: Beautiful location across from the lake.. home is incredibly clean and the space is very generous with an area for visiting, watching TV, reading etc. in living room or out on the deck..

Positive: Robert was welcoming and friendly; not sure if I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner place it was pristine. Only thing was the description I found of Room 3 indicates private bathroom which this was not. The other room was unoccupied so not an issue. I will likely stay there again bc price was right and host is so nice and did I mention how clean it is??

Positive: Fabulous location, ideal for visiting Burlington, Shelburne Museum, Von Trapp Family Lodge & Ben & Jerry's factory. Robert was an excellent host and made us freshly brewed coffee every morning. The guest house was immaculate and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting on Malletts Bay. Would highly recommend.
