Positive: Location was so close to the beach, but secluded enough to be quiet in the morning and evenings. Property had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked.
Negative: Was a bit dusty. Could have used a good vacuuming in the hard to reach spots.
Summary: No complaints. We had a wonderful time!

Positive: I met up with my sister, her kids, and my elderly parents here. We brought our dog. There was room for everyone, and having two nice bathrooms was helpful. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals and a large table to seat everyone. Comfy beds. The location was perfect. We walked to the gorgeous beach multiple times per day. You can hear the ocean from the deck.
Negative: You enter on the bottom level, which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area, 2nd bathroom, and kitchen/dining are on the middle floor, and there is one bedroom on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem for us, but it might be if stairs are an issue for someone. Sound traveled between the floors. This is not a problem unless you have very loud children who yell and stomp around while you are trying to sleep below them.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay!
