Positive: Breakfast was good but not properly attended to on Saturday morning. Some items ran out at 8:30
Negative: To much Nursing Home feel. Room no view or outside light Tiny bathroom No outside seating No wallkable shore access Mattress sag on sides

Positive: Breakfast was great. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was the most comfortable that we’ve ever slept in on a trip. The town of Munising was charming.

Positive: The host and dining was exceptional. We celebrated our anniversary dinner twice and on the second night, when I said we already received a complimentary dessert, they gifted us another dessert. So amazing!! Then, in the morning, there was even nondairy milk for me🥰Thank you! We also enjoyed the little game area. All the extra details were in place for a great time- thank you again!
Negative: We were in the last room located near the exit door. We could hear it- but the white noise box was very helpful and showed extra care…
Summary: Thank you for caring through all the details of our stay- you made our anniversary memorable!

Positive: Location was convenient! View from restaurant deck is beautiful.
Negative: We had trouble with the plumbing…but probably left over issue from guest prior. Cable went out instantly so we were without tv. Small matter for most, but for me it’s what helps me get to sleep. Never got cable back. Again, storm so not their fault. Restaurant looked nice but we couldn’t get a table without an hour wait so we ate off sight. There are no people at the desk after 9 so if you need anything, you have to call a phone number for assistance. Our bed was nice but if you got too close to the edge…the mattress dipped so you could actually roll out of the bed. The rooms are large and spacious for sure. Clean.

Negative: Room was not cleaned during our 3-day stay. Beds not made. As there was no one at reception or anywhere in the hotel, when we ran out of shower gel, we needed to search for it ourselves in the hotel's supply room.
