Positive: The staff, especially the bar man were exceptionally friendly, helpful and patient. Although we arrived in the evening were able to order a simple meal from the Light Lunch Menu which could be taken in the foyer or in our room. The room was spacious and clean and there was no extra charge for my dog. 🥰
