Positive: New hotel. Best in town. Most of the staff very helpful. Good food at the rooftop restaurant and breakfast at the ground floor restaurant. Comfortable, clean rooms. Note: the hotel hosts weddings and the like. It gets very busy and noisy. Roof-top music until 2330hrs. Independent travellers should enquire before booking if this is likely and if it might concern them.

Negative: Couldn't pay with international credit card at the rooftop restaurant, though could at reception. Had some trouble with heating of the room. Not resolved whilst we were there. Staff on reception took phone calls as a priority over continuing face-to-face conversations. I found this quite rude.

Summary: Almost perfect, still the best in Pathankot.
