Explore the mighty Mississippi River in this newly renovated historic villa with enough room for the entire family! Enjoy panoramic views of the river from every window and relax in your well appointed outdoor space or indoor hot tub.
This Villa is part of the newly renovated River Rock Inn located at the Riverview Vacations Resort in Bellevue Iowa. The inn will provides 5 guest suites with lobby including access to a large deck overlooking the river. Guests have access to all our resort amenities and river front with private beach.
The master suite is on the third floor accessible by antique spiral staircase. The main bedroom includes its own living space, hot tub and full bath. There is also a private balcony with seating and outdoor gas fire-pit.
The lower level includes a living space, bath and bedroom with two double beds. It also has a full laundry room, 65" smart TV and foosball table.
The second floor includes a full kitchen with fridge, gas range and dishwasher. Plenty of seating and all cookware to make a great meal.
There is an exit door connecting to the shared lobby area of the building on each floor with deadbolt so there is easy access to the lobby, deck and game room. Parking for up to two vehicles and outdoor grill area.

Summary: We stayed here for our weekend away and had a great time! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There were a lot of stairs, which was a bit of a surprise but it was a very nice place to stay!

Summary: I have been a travel coordinator for a lllooonnnggg time and travel a lot myself and I can’t even begin to say what an amazing villa this is! So clean and everything you could ever want for a stay away from home! The villa is super clean and tastefully decorated. Beds are ultra comfortable, towels are super soft and the water pressure, OMG is there ever water pressure! I can’t decide if the jacuzzi, electric wood stove In the upstairs bedroom or the gas fireplace on the deck looking out over the Mississippi River was my favorite part of the stay. My hubby and I had a great time acting like kids playing the foosball table and shuffleboard! A great and relaxing place for sure! Can’t wait to book with Dan again!

Summary: From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the villa. We didn't use the bottom floor other than foosball which was fun, but it is a great space if you have more than 2 people staying. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The top floor was amazing with a large space, outdoor deck with a firepit and a beautiful view of the river, hottub and kingsize bed and bathroom. We had everything we needed and more. The lobby is a great extra space too with another deck seating area. What a great place to stay! Thank you!
