Summary: This home has it all- fun pool, screened porch, sun deck, comfortable seating inside and out. Beds are comfortable and linens are soft. They have everything you could need to cook great meals and enjoy time with family. Easy to get to UTampa, stadiums, downtown, museums and beaches. The view of the river is serene. Owner is kind and responds to any questions very quickly. Highly reccomend this property!

Summary: The location was great close to the Zoo and other attractions for the grandkids. The house was very nice and had a great riverfront location. The weather was good. Would certainly go back again.

Summary: We loved our stay at this house. The indoor space is nice - great kitchen/dining area and the bedrooms are a good size. But it's the outdoor space that wins over all - we spent most of our time on the screened-in deck and at the tiki bar, enjoying the river view with birds and dolphins keeping us entertained. Everything very clean, kitchen had plenty of supplies like paper towels, coffee pods and filters, foil, etc. The host also left 2 bottles of wine - thank you!

Summary: Wonderful waterfront location tucked away for privacy. Plenty of room to spread out. We were able to hold meetings while still having individual privacy. easy access to downtown Tampa and surrounding areas. Having the kitchen was a plus, especially that we could cook for a nice size group. Cook or order in and enjoy the view. Very Clean

Summary: Excellent location for Bucaneer game, busch gardens, hyde park, hard rock casino . We spent most of the time on the deck and tiki hut when at the house. We will come back.

Summary: We were in Tampa early February for a business conference. It was nice to come back to the home each night and grill, fix dinner and hang out with our friends. The enclosed patio and outside porch were perfect for mingling, and having morning quiet time. The property manager was super helpful, and when we had an issue with the garbage disposal, she had someone there to fix it right away. We will definitely want to return when we have future conferences as we were satisfied with our stay and the entire process leading up to it. Thank you so much!!! ~suzanne and greg

Summary: Went down to Tampa from Ga for a Bachelor weekend for a buddy getting married. We had a great time....Would recommend this place to anyone that is visiting the area. The outside area is super nice and great for afternoon fun/relaxing. We hope to get to return soon
