Summary: Place was very comfortable and relaxing. Close to everything. Had an issue with heat. Odd that’s its cold in Florida. And owner kept us up to date while being fixed. I was impressed.

Summary: My siblings and cousins & I stayed at this house when we went to Tampa to celebrate my brothers 80th birthday. The “gentrified” location was a bit of a shock with gates surrounding it, but we did feel “safe” enough to enjoy the backyard sitting area. We also had a terrible time getting the code to work on the front door. After 30 min of trying , we were finally able to reach our host who reset the code for us. The house itself was perfect for our needs - more space than the 7 of us needed actually. The house was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. It was close to the airport and interstate. Thanks for letting us stay, Chris, and for your help - sorry it took so long to write up my review what with the holidays and all.

Summary: Our company event was held at the Tampa convention center, which was only a few miles away, during rushhour it only tood us an hour. Loved the convenience of this property and the room for our larger group. Thank you!!

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and this home worked great for our group which consisted of a mixture of adults and kids; plenty of room for us all. Location was close to things we needed, home was clean and well stocked, host was friendy, helpful, and very timely. Would recommend.

Summary: Out large family was in town for a wedding. Property had exactly what we needed with the size of the house. The location was good. It is in an area where lots of transition is going on. We were safe and never had an issue. The owner was very good at responding when contacted. Our flights were just a tad early and left a little later versus the check in and check out times. They were not willing to work with us on arriving an hour early or leaving an hour later. They wanted us to purchase an added day. When leaving the cleaning crew sat in the street watching us leave. I know we were over by 30 minutes but even hotels will work with you. Overall the property worked for what it sold as. The upstairs and front of the house seems to have a slope. This made doors close and never stay open. Could use a little work to get it up to a better standard. I would recommend this house if you have a large family with kids. Thanks for letting use the property.

Summary: My family of 14 people really enjoyed the property…. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for visiting and separate space for kids playing. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and we also enjoyed the outdoor space… good sitting space on the front porch to enjoy the morning coffee, backyard sitting area for visiting! The only issue was the hyper sensitive fire alarms which constantly went off whenever the stove was on or the oven was opened! We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend the home for families with children, teens, and grandparents. Really felt like home!
