Summary: Great rental property for a family. Driving distance from so many of the things you want to see in Annapolis and the amenities are close by (5-10 min) and a pretty quick jaunt to DC. The interior of the home is fully renovated and very well done with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and a third .5 bath on main level. Downstairs is a great mud room area, laundry room, and full wet bar and projector tv style room. We were here for a lacrosse tournament at Liberty Sports Park as well as a family vacation and this place was ideal (only about 15 minutes to the tournament). The neighborhood is a mix of very nice houses and others not so nice so don’t be surprised by that. However, it feels like a safe area and is right across from the neighborhood community center. It’s also walking distance to a cool restaurant on the water. The owners are very responsive and communication was great.

Summary: The hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable. My 2 year old enjoyed the playground directly across the street. I found it very thoughtful that they provided paper and tools for eating steamed crabs.

Summary: This property is great! Very clean and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is so cute and quaint! The layout was good and had wonderful balconies. The basement became my husband’s mancave with the bar. I highly recommend!!!
