Summary: This hotel looks very dated from the outside, but they have kept it up-to-date on the inside. The pool looks lovely. (We did not use it so cannot comment otherwise.) We found their shuttle service SUPER useful. The one thing we did not realize is that it is a convention hotel, so essentially one long wing of the hotel is dedicated to conference or convention set-ups. We were given a room in this wing and it was a LONG walk to and from the lobby/restaurant area. Also, we were disappointed that the restaurant/bar did not open til 5 PMon Saturday. Returning from a big day of sight-seeing at 4 PM we would have loved to sit at the bar and have a refreshing beer or cocktail!

Summary: They had oversold the hotel and did not have the room available that I booked. They placed me in a smaller cheaper room and did not give a refund for the price difference. Very disappointed.
