Summary: Large, spacious open floor plan and well laid out home, fully stocked with all the amenities, making your stay quite comfortable like a home away from home. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful environment, perfect for an extended family vacation or a weekend get away, located close to river with private dock. Conveniently located by shops, restaurants and gas stations makes this the ideal vacation home. The kids had a great time enjoying the various water toys... while the adults were able to relax outdoors during the day and then settle into the home when the outdoor activities were done. Cable TV and an array of movies are provided with ample living room seating available for the entire family to enjoy TV time or game time together. Very friendly and accommodating homeowner. Summary: This was everything it said it was and more. I was surprised at how spacious the kitchen/living room was. It was big enough for everyone to be in one room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious too. Everything was clean and ready for us. They even had the a/c going when we got there, which I wasn't expecting. The beach/dock/launch was awesome. We are so used to launching with a crowd, so there was no stress & the launch is really deep. We used the horse shop pit & the fire pit. We will definitely be back. Everyone loved it & had a great time.

Summary: This is our 4th or 5th year staying here. It is defiantly our go to River house every summer. The house is always clean and,has everything you need to cook, bbq, relax, etc. The A/C is awesome even when it is a 110 degrees outside you would never know it, never had a problem with it. It is a great lay out with the 3 bedrooms and two bath, one being a jack and jill style bathroom. It works out perfect. Since we have a boat, the ramp and dock are a MUST. the beach is great, the dock has been upgraded and the launch ramp is great. Highly recommend it. See you next year Pam, and as always thanks for always being so nice and accommodating.

Summary: The rooms are spacious! The two restrooms are great! The private launch is new and had plenty of space. The boat dock is also new and in great condition. It has plenty of beach space to relax. It has a lot of parking if taking multiple cars. We arrived about 4 hours early prior to checkin and I called the owner to ask if t was ok to go in. Very nicely she said sure and everything was already ready. The A/C is a great plus as many places we were looking at only had fans.

Summary: My entire family rented this house for the fourth of July weekend. From the beginning, Pam was very accommodating to us. We paid the over occupancy fee for having some extra people so I was worried about how comfortable we would be. Well the house was perfect for us! We had tons of room and brought an air mattress for the extra sleepers. My family, my sisters family, our two other sisters and our parents stayed there. After long days on the river, being able to come to a house together made the fun continue! We had a blast bbq-ing while all the kids played and we celebrated our Dad's 4th of July Birthday. We wouldn't have had that in a hotel. We would have went to our separate rooms and wouldn't have spent that much time off the river together. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is very private and is a great family place. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, the owners are super nice and helpful!

Summary: Everything about this house was great. The only thing that could make it even better was if it were right on the water. From the house to the water is about a 100 yard walk...not a big deal but right on the water would be cool, but the great price accounted for the small walk. The beach is nice...the dock and boat launch are perfect. The property is huge for the kids to run around and explore. The majority of boat traffic stays south of the Needles bridge so not a lot of excessive wakes do deal with while on the beach. Proof that this property and owner are a cut Above the rest was evident when we called because the fridge wasn't getting cold (our fault, when we arrived we had the fridge door open and stocked it full of warm beer and water and the fridge took the night to cool everything down) so I called the owner to ask if the fridge had any previous issues. It hadn't, but a maintenance man arrived 1st thing in the morning to verify everything was operating correctly. We were well taken care of. I would definitely go back.

Summary: I spent the weekend at the Ostby's river house and I couldn't have asked for a better house. I was there for a men's retreat and everybody was impressed with the overall convenience of the house. Having the ability to launch and dock our own boat and jet ski was a money and time saver. Also, after a long day on the river turning on the air conditioning was a huge relief. I know the Ostby's live on the property but it felt like the house was very private and secluded. The house also felt very roomy even with grown men. Lastly, the house is only 30 minutes from Laughlin and it felt like a short ride. We all really enjoyed ourselves and are already looking forward to making plans for next year. Thanks, Pam!

Summary: We vacationed here over Father's Day weekend and had a blast! The beach area and dock made it perfect to hang out in the River all day. The kids had a blast and the dock made for a fun place to jump off of and to tie up our rafts too. Although the house was back from the river, it was very accommodating and the air conditioning worked Awesome. We also had a great time playing horseshoes in the evening. Looking forward to returning next year.
