Summary: large space- not all finished (floor is open concrete, no screens on windows) and lots of wear on furniture, pots etc Don is great- enthusiastic and eager to please river front is quiet- just don't plan on walking around barefoot.

Summary: Great stay. Property had what we were looking for. We were following the Baja 500 course on our motorcycles and it was a short run to the home. The home was clean and quiet. Plenty of room out side for our truck and trailer. Enough hot water for 4 adults to shower, everything we needed to cook and sleep. It was a very peaceful stop on our adventure.
