Summary: Property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Was charged $50 for dirty dishes (they were in the dishwasher which we started upon leaving, and it looks like they were removed and piled in the sink after we left) and a small amount of trash in bathroom trash can. This seemed dishonest and petty. Outside of this minor issue, we were very pleased with our stay at this property.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at the property. House sits on one the bigger canals in the keys. You get afternoon shade on the back patio and deck which is really nice. Use of the 4-car garage was a plus to put the trailers and vehicles into. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the property. They definitely need to get a new housekeeper because the house is not being kept up. Dirty floors, carpets, excessive dust on fans, spider webs everywhere including garage and back patio. We actually spent some of our vacation cleaning a little because it was so off putting. For the nightly rate and cleaning fee they charge they definitely need to get that under control. Other than cleanliness we had a great time and would recommend to property to anyone looking for a river house.
