Positive: Location was great and house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was large and well equipped with lots of eating space. House was close to town and convenient. Water views outstanding!
Negative: No covered outdoor space. It was drizzly while we were there but not too cold. But because neither porch was covered we could not enjoy any outdoor time. Bathtub was VERY slippery! One of our guests fell while there. She only suffered bruises, but tub is slippery. Additionally, water is very soft ( a good thing), but soft water + soap + slick tub is a danger.
Summary: We loved the house and its location and had a nice stdd as y.

Positive: We missed having the paddle boat that was supposed to be included! But the paddle board was substituted’

Positive: The location was excellent -- right on the river with an open covered back porch to sit and marvel. And the place was clean and well equipped for sleeping and cooking. We very much appreciated the variety of coffee makers and the washer and dryer, too.
Negative: The electrical outlets were spotty, especially in the bedroom. Some of the outlets worked with only one of the plugs in a two-plug outlet, sometimes no outlets worked. Since there were only two of us we could manage our computers and phones, but I can imagine it could be a problem with many people sharing.
Summary: We loved the place and will definitely return for the water views, the seafood, and the sunsets.
