Brand New in 2024! Grace on the River is a stunning 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin with a loft nestled on the bank of the Upper Mountain Fork River!! Amazing semi-covered multi level deck with Hot Tub and endless seating areas, offer our guests many options to simply rest and relax. ***NEW HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC WIFI, INSTALLED LATE FEBUARY 2025 ***
As you venture inside, you will find a fully furnished open kitchen, stocked with all the necessities of home! The kitchen boasts a Side-by-Side Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave and stand-alone ice maker to name a few. The open kitchen has bar seating for 8 and leads directly into a well-furnished living area consisting of multiple reclining sofa's, recliner and a 70" Roku TV. Access to the 1/2 bath is accessible from the living area as well. The loft is nestled above with an amazing view of the river! Children and adults alike will love this loft as it has a 58" Roku TV, leather reclining couch & sofa, and a 2-person stand-alone arcade gaming console. At night, the loft can be transformed into a sleeping area with the two supplied air mattresses.
The large Master bedroom is very roomy and boast a King Size bed, Smart Tv, Blue Ray player (with movies) a walk-in closet with Dresser and has private access to the outside deck and hot tub! The Master bath features a stunning cedar wrapped soaking tub to immerse and unwind after a long day of entertainment. A separate, walk in double shower with double shower heads and his and hers double Vanity sinks compliments this beautifully lighted and decorated bathroom! All linens and hand soaps provided.
The other Two bedrooms are stunningly decorated with one having a beautiful King bed and the other a beautiful Queen Bed. Each room is furnished with Smart TV'S, Dressers, Nightstands with Lamps and private closets! They share a large Jack n Jill bathroom with His and Hers Double Sink Vanity with a Shower and Tub combination. All linens and hand soaps provided.
The Laundry room features full size stacked washer and dryer combo. These whirlpool units are front loading, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided during your stay!
Back outside, the excitement can be found on the large deck, where you may choose to relax in the 5-person hot tub (Towels provided) or choose too simply take a seat in one of the rocking chairs, read a book or just enjoy the peaceful sound of the river passing by. For the outdoor cooking enthusiasts, prepare a meal for your loved ones on the Pellet Grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the large comfy lakeside patio furniture!

Summary: We had a wonderful time as a family in this cabin. It was very spacious and our teenage daughters love the game system upstairs.Very comfortable beds, bedding and seating. The owners really took the time to make this place nice.There isn’t a mention of this nor do the pictures show this, but there is another cabin pretty close. It wasn’t a big deal, but it’s not completely private.

Summary: We are a family of 5 (three boys 22, 19 & 17). We enjoyed the spacious beautiful home with plenty of screens for people to be together or do their own thing. AC was ice cold perfect for a hot summer day. We kayaked up the river and floated down. Very refreshing sitting in the hot tub during the pouring rain. The spacious covered deck was beautiful as we Al the view of the river. The kitchen was fully stocked to make all of our meals at the cabin home. Thank you for making everything so perfect.

Summary: Loved grace on the river. Perfect for our family of outdoor adventurers. Our 3 boys absolutely loved fishing and kayaking in the river. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Would highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway.

Summary: The cabin was amazing. Right next to the river. Just a little muddy. Only complaint is there isn’t any where real nice for a sit down meal. Other than that it was awesome!

Summary: We loved the property and found the home very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the view and the seclusion very much. At first, we were slightly disappointed by the WiFi not having great signal but we quickly realized it provided us time to disconnect and watch movies or play games. We are already looking forward to rebooking in the future!
