Summary: Beautiful well kept home on secluded property but close enough to town to be very accessible. The River front is well kept and would be completely amazing when there is more rainfall. This place would be awesome for large groups as there is other lodging on the property, a pavilion and beautiful grounds. The home is exactly as listed and we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: My brother and his wife came to explore the Blanco area for the weekend. The house is great and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed happy hour Saturday evening on the sitting area down by the river. We had coffee on the back porch both mornings. The furnishings are complete and we were very comfortable. We will be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and would give this home a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Everything was clean and well appointed. It is very clear that the owners care about their guests and the home. The grounds are absolutely so lovely. We enjoyed the grounds, the home, and the town of Blanco. Also, the location between Fredericksburg and Wimberley was perfect. We highly recommend 419 and Rosebud Cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
