Summary: What a gem this place is. Our first visit to North Van. Gorgeous property on the river. Close to all the hiking trails. Our hosts were so nice and shared lots of info about the area. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend.

Summary: This B&B had great hosts. The house is right beside the Seymour River and you can walk easily from the house and sit and enjoy the peace. Great provided hot breakfast.
