Summary: Walking distance to town centre, coffee shops and main surf beach. Nice courtyard and good facilities. Access to a pantry to store supplies would be useful.

Summary: The layout and simplicity of the property were fine. There was not enough cupboard space in the kitchen as all of the owners stuff was still in the cupboards with the main being locked and the other cupboards being staffed full of things with no room to put any of guests things The washing machine did not work. The cupboards in the bedroom had no room to put our things again being stuffed with the owners belongings. The bunk beds were so hard that our family did not sleep well - 4 family members left after 2 nights because the could not sleep in the beds. The toilet was not cleaned properly the entire room stunk of stale urine. This was disgusting and there were no suitable cleaning material to elevate the problem which probably explains why they have the problem. We understand your cleaner cleaned for 2 hours before we arrived unfortunately this is not enough to remove the built up grime of not being cleaned properly and she apologised before she left that she couldn’t do more.

Summary: This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more! We didn’t get to use the outdoor area because of the weather but it also looked great. Very nice older style house in a great location. Perfect for families with young kids.

Summary: Our family found this house to be very spacious with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games for the children to use. We loved being so close to the river and beach as well as the general store for a delicious coffee each morning.

Summary: Surprisingly spacious for a 3 bedroom unit. Comfortable beds & the kids loved the outside fairy lights. Will be back.

Summary: This place is deceptively large! With two Queen rooms and one bunk room (sleeps 4) we fit a family group in no problems. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything about the unit was easy - dishwasher, laundry facilities, separate toilet, outdoor shower, outdoor bbq and seating area - it made staying a delight. The location for us with small kids was great as its just across the road from a playground (and beach!), and only a short walk to the general store for the best coffee in Anglesea. We will definitely be coming back again.
