Positive: Great house for 3 couples, perfect for people who play golf... Club at the end of the road! House is well renovated and beautifully appointed. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need with top class appliances. BBQ downstairs, laundry for those who are staying a while, visiting Birdlife on the balconies. Lovely walk at end of court through park to shops.

Positive: Quite location no bother to get into town or down the beach. Even the golf club is 450mtrs away good bistro. Home has everything you need . Great if you fancy cooking. plenty of room for 6 adults. Enclosed garden is perfect for the dogs who also had a great time.
Negative: Steep slope to park on. Can't use the garage. If you have 3 cars in the drive way 2 need to move if you are the 1st in and want to get out. It's just a little bit of an inconvenience .
