Summary: Didn't see the staff at all. So can't rate them. Key was left in drop box at check in and check out. Nobody came in our room during our 5 day stay. Room was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of parking for our vehicle and snowmobile trailer.

Summary: The recent renovations have made this place a very nice stay. The attached restaurant/bar is also very convenient. And the live band they had playing there while we stayed (Tripolar) was one of the best shows i've ever seen. I would stay here again.
