Positive: Very good location with great views of the river. You have the whole apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The spacious living room and many beds make it ideal for families visiting. I was on business and my partner and I got a room each and can have meetings in the living room. Aircon was also working well.

Negative: The TV was too old.

Positive: Strategic location, the apartment was clean and tidy, the view from the balcony was superb and the host was very helpful and quick respond. Easy and flexible check in even if you were delayed due to flight rescheduled.

Negative: It is even better if the host provide water spray in the outside toilet instead of using a pail of water and the water pressure was quite low. I noticed the bedroom door knob also need to replace.

Negative: Shower areas need deep cleaning. The microwave had not been cleaned and had food remains - there was no toaster or knives. Parts of the building need updating although we didn’t use the pool the surrounding area needs renovation. There were signs everywhere saying homestay was not allowed and although the host messaged to say ignore this - it was off putting

Positive: Great location. Strong aircon. It has wheel ramp very senior citizen friendly.
