Positive: Absolutely beautiful property, very clean, great kitchen, fully provided for in terms of crockery, utensils etc. Bathroom excellent, super soft towels, great shower & bath, soaps, shower gels & shampoo provided. Spacious bedroom, very comfy bed. This is a fantastic property and I would highly recommend it, perfect for exploring the dales and coming back to enjoy your evening

Positive: Nothing not to love here... the location is perfect... and quiet... the house was immaculate. It served me very well for a working retreat to get an important project done. I loved the comfy bed and the beautiful bath... and the kitchen is very good too.

Negative: My only fault... the door had not been bolted properly on the inside so I had some difficulty getting into the house at first... shy of a few utensils in the kitchen... a sieve for sure...

Summary: Wonderful... I would definitely recommend...

Positive: A great location, both for the cottage itself, next to the river and access to the Yorkshire countryside. Immaculately clean and fitted out to a very high standard. Nice seating areas front and back. A shower and a bath and plenty of hot water.

Negative: Couple of steps up and down to get to the bathroom. I can see why it was done - to make the stairs safer - not really a problem.

Summary: Highly recommended
