Positive: The whole place is well situated in an estate with a stream and view of the mountains around. Limited rooms and well maintained. The boys at the property gave us good service. We enjoyed our stay overall. If you're looking to take a break from the city, this place will give you a good downtime.

Positive: The service provided by the care takers (Suman, Akash, Anjal) are very very good and they are awesome... The food was so good and nice...

Positive: Loved the location, hospitality and the food. The experience was very great and I loved the stay in the midst of the greens. Mr. Akash was super friendly and manager Mr. Manjunath was very cordial and guided us properly. Would recommend this stay to everyone as this has scenic views. As it is far from the city limits it is very calm and peaceful. A small flow beside the stay adds one more feather to the beauty.

Negative: Nothing as such. But a couple of suggestions, kindly have a look at the door locks. I was told that the property is a year old but I felt the locks of the doors were a bit rigid and seniors felt a bit difficult. One more suggestion is to reduce oil in the dishes being served. The taste was excellent and prices were very reasonable for the taste, but there were excessive oil
