Summary: This is a great cabin for a family or group. The floor plan allows you to spread out and the bottom floor serves as a good gathering place. The cabin has a babbling brook running along the back of the property. We really enjoyed the fire pit and ability to enjoy the outdoors. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, games, etc as described in the posting. The host is easy to communicate with.

Summary: The Texas Tipi was a great getaway for our family. The property is beautiful! The river in the backyard is so relaxing, and it allowed our family to relax and also get some fishing in. The cabin is very spacious and fully stocked. It's secluded but also only a 10 minute drive from Main Street. We can't wait to stay at this property again!!

Summary: Pros near river, you can see and hear the constant sound of the river flowing. Con the house immediately next to the property is trashy junk all around it, eye sore to look at when outside. Very hot in the house, no AC. Even with windows open still stuffy. The third floor never cooled down our 4 night stay. No one was able to sleep up there. The showers are subpar, plastic set in showers, very plain. Low water pressure. Septic tank buzzer went off at 11pm, just when we got settled in bed. It’s loud! The couches seemed very dusty. Just didn’t feel clean and comfortable.
