Beautiful home on the Colorado River. Large Master Suite, two guest bedrooms upstairs, plus a bunk room that sleeps 9 with an en-suite bathroom. Open Great Room--dining room table that seats 8, Island that seats 8 and an extra table that can seat 4. Not to mention the balcony/patio with built-in barbecue that is often used for dinner time! When it is time to get out of the sun, T.V., wireless internet and a well appointed kitchen. Downstairs, another guest room w/en-suite bathroom, bunk room that sleeps 9. That makes it possible to sleep 26. Also, downstairs is the game room--pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and darts. There are 3 a/c units to cool the home and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Room to relax and play. Huge lawn by the river. Two beach areas, one on each side of the dock. 5 kayaks which you are welcome to use. There is a private dock for your boat and a drive on "water craft" ramp that will dock two water craft. There is a beach area on each side of the dock, which is enjoyable. Plus floats down the river . . . FYI-- This is NOT a party house. We reserve the right to rent to whomever we choose.

Summary: The check in process was simple and easy. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to be right on the river and not have to transport anyone to or from another location. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and we brought some of our own. We had our own trailer so we did a float trip every day. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of refrigerator space for a large family. The game room was also a place we and the kids spent a lot of time playing together. The river was moving faster than I expected so we set up some safety lines for the kids to grab on to if they got caught in the current. The small beach was fun and safe to play on as long as we had an appointed lifeguard. Thursday was low water day and that was fun because the current was much slower and we could walk all the way to the other shore. I didn’t realize until we arrived that the only way to get from one floor to the other is the outside stairs. That was a concern for some parents who had little ones sleeping in the downstairs bunk room while they were upstairs. Overall we had such a wonderful time and would definitely book this house again.

Summary: I booked this place for family and friends so we could stay together while we were there for an off-road race. The house is huge and has plenty of room for a large group to spread out. it was clean and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. The kids and adults both loved all the games to play in the game room. there was plenty of parking for all the vehicles we had for our group of 20 people. It is right on the river so if you have water toys you don't even have to pull them out of the water since there is a dock on the property. this place is perfect and we will be back again soon.

Summary: Everything was as advertised and more. As described a place for family and friends and the celebration of our daughters 21st birthday. Nancy was great making sure ever thing was perfect. We truly felt like she had opened and shared her home with us. Looking forward to the next time and better than we could have hoped. Highly recommended.

Summary: This has been one of the best stays we have had. Home is amazing. It accommodated all of our large family with plenty room left, house was very clean upon arrival, and it was stocked with all we needed. Nancy was very friendly and helpful through out our stay. We were very happy and had lots fun. We definitely plan to go back because of the great experience we had there. Money well spent!!!

Summary: After renting other places along the river over the past 4 years for our annual family river trip, we finally found the perfect place! This beautiful house is large, clean, well appointed, stocked with anything you would need (except food of course) and, with the 2 bunk rooms, accommodates many people. Plus, it's on a quieter part of the river (Parker Strip is too busy for us). Nancy was so easy to work with and available via text any time I needed her. Our search is over. We will, without a doubt, rent this place every year!

Summary: We come to Parker every year for spring break. This year we had a larger group so we decided to book this wonderful home. Upon arrival the house was extremely clean. The maintenance man was there changing some light bulbs outside, he was very helpful showing us the property and gave us his card which became a godsend later on in the week when we had some issues with our boat. We had fun playing on the massive lawn and the kids, and adults had fun playing games in the game room every night. We were literally the only boats on the river most of the time so it was very easy to wakeboard, wakesurf and pull the kids on the tube without having to worry about other boats. We thought we were going to miss just being able to boat to the restaurants on the other side of the dam, but we soon realized that it was nice to just trailer over to that side (15 min drive) when we wanted to do that ( the river on this side is low on Thursdays which we were told in advance) and then come back to this amazing, quiet house. It is so well stocked with everything you could ever hope to have that all of our guests in the house couldn't quit commenting about it! If you have a large group this is the best house on the river by far to rent, you will not be disappointed.
