This newly renovated 2 bed room, 1 bath, private Cottage with private one slip dock on Grand Lake sleeps 8. It was purchased by Poseidon Properties, LLC and has been under an extensive renovation. It is finally available. The house features views of the lake from all rooms. All new plumbing & electrical with new fixtures, new central heating and air conditioning, new beds and bedding, new furniture and appliances.
The main bedroom features a king size bed with an armoire, an open concept closet area and views of the lake. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a twin over full bunk, a dresser and closet area. The large bathroom has a double sink vanity area and a tub / shower (laundry facilities to be added). The kitchen has all new appliances including stove / oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a standard 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and coffee cups, silverware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a bar area with four bar stools. The dining room has seating for 6 at the table with two additional seats at the pass bar area along with a buffet table. The living room features a large leather couch with matching chair and ottoman. The couch has a pull out queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There's a game table with Pub style seating and a 60-inch digital flat screen TV with Wi-Fi channels featuring Netflix, Hulu and various other channels. Below the tv is the electric fireplace. There's a cabinet in the living room that contains various board games and bedding for the pull out bed. The rear French doors open to a deck area outside. Next to that is a propane grill with 5 burners, a fire pit area, a picnic table with seating for 8 and access to the one slip private dock suitable for fishing, swimming and hanging out on the lake, spectacular views, a beautiful cove with everything you need for a fabulous vacation get-a-way. We offer plenty of parking, 2 boat ramp options within walking distance. Located north of sailboat bridge in Grove, OK, approx. 1 Mi. from the new Cherokee Casino. Minutes from the heart of Grove or Monkey Island.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying in this cottage. It has a private dock, nice yard for games, and a clean house that is updated. The hosts are also great and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family likes to take a trip to Grand once a year. I think we finally found a place to return to. 😊 Property manager were very welcoming, the place was clean, nice large kitchen and living space. Had all the things needed for a lake getaway. Kids loved the kayaks and Lilly pad to swim off the dock. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

Summary: This was a great mini vacation for us. They had a Lilly pad to use on the lake, kayaks to use, corn hole as well. We stayed busy using everything. They had everything you need or needed at the house. Will be coming back in the future.

Summary: Oh the 5 stars aren’t even enough for this place! We absolutely recommend this cottage! All the small details that the owners put into this place should push this to 10 stars! They are also the kindest people you will meet! The cottage was perfect, boat dock was perfect and the stay in general was amazing. We will definitely be back! Even caught a nice 9lb catfish right off the dock while there! Thank you so much for the amazing stay and can’t wait for next time!

Summary: My family had a great time at the property. Matt was a wonderful host and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Location was great with being so close to the boat ramp and just a couple miles from the convenience store but still being in a quiet cove. House has been wonderfully remodeled and plenty of space for all of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: My son and I went down there for a fishing tournament. The owner, Matt, was there when we arrived and went through everything in the house with us. The house was stocked with little things like dishwasher detergent and laundry pods, etc. which was really nice. Matt also checked with us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house was in the perfect location for tournaments going out to Wolf Creek. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The covered boat dock was great. There is a boat ramp a couple hundred yards from the house which was very convenient. Matt communicated very well with me before our stay and answered all of my questions. Next time we’re at Grand Lake, I will definitely rent this house again. John & Austin - Omaha, Ne.

Summary: My family and I had an amazing long weekend at Grand Lake! The Pelican Cottage was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the weekend. It had everything we needed. Also loved having the dock and water right out the front door. Matt and Kim were amazing hosts!!! We will definitely be back!!
