Summary: The location along the river is incredible with easy access to the river down a short, maintained path. The house is clean with great amenities. It is very secluded but StarLink internet gives you a high speed connection for streaming services and any work you need to get done.These were the most comfortable beds and pillows we have experienced in any rental we have stayed in. The kitchen area is very big and easily accommodated our family of 7. Communication with properly management was excellent as we had a couple of minor issues that were promptly resolved.If you have a fear of heights, the drive to the house is going to be a problem. The road is not well maintained, is one lane most of the way, and has several road side cliffs to navigate. It takes 10-20 minutes to get to and from the main road depending on how slow you need to take it to feel comfortable. Would have given this 5 stars easily if not for the drive in and out.

Summary: We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and jumping off the diving board! Lots of fun pool toys in the shed. The house was very private and the lawn was very green and manicured and fun to play games on in the sun with the backdrop of the river and mountains. The back porch shaded the sun and there was a powerful fan to keep you cool. We definitely want to come back! Thanks!

Summary: We enjoyed spending time at the private beach. The pool and hot tub were also much enjoyed. We pretty much lived outside and the set up had everything we needed: covered deck,comfortable furniture,Grill,tables,chairs, loungers and lots of pool toys and beach towels.

Summary: House is as the pictures. Hot Tub was clean and the pool was just opened. It came up to temperature during the stay. House has plenty of room for the four of us. We did not have any children but the bunk beds would work easily for several. Overall the area is quiet and relatively noise free.

Summary: We came from out of state to celebrate mother's day. The out of towners stayed at the vacasa house and the local family came over for the festivities. In a word... WOW! We had great time and never left the property. The house is modernized and updated. It was clean and organized. As far as the property amenities, it was great. The lawn and landscaping were fresh and beautiful. There was a mown pathway lined with wild flowers leading down to the river. Quite secluded. The pool was just warm enough to use. We weren't expecting the pool to be open but it was. I chose this house because it looked like there were multiple areas for groups of guests to sit and talk, play games, etc... the reality was better than the expectations. During the day we had as many as 15 people, eating, playing games, enjoying the view off the deck, playing Cornhole, swimming, and more. We never felt cramped or closed in. The beds and pillows were better than home (which is usually our biggest complaint when traveling) the bathrooms were modern, clean, and private. The kitchen is modern and fresh and the focal point of the house, anchored by a huge center island which was perfect for several people to work, and talk and hang out. The kitchen opens up to the seemingly new covered deck via a 4 panel glass wall that folds back to create an open space that seamlessly brings the kitchen and deck together as a huge open area. There were several sets of tables and chairs as well as patio lounge which was very convenient. The "host" Joanna was very accommodating when we experienced a couple of issues (of our making) and responded right away when we reached out to her. Everyone in our group, locals, and visitors, raved about how perfect the property was. We are definitely going to rent this this property again. Thanks Joann and crew for facilitating a very meaningful weekend.
