Pest controls are scheduled monthly, however we may sometimes expect some unwanted visitors from nature. There can be all kinds of bugs and plants. We strongly recommend use of shoes all times outside.

For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests. Pool is currently under maintenance and unavailable. Trash gets pick up on Tuesday. Please leave trash bins by driveway gate and workers will grab them.
Driveway is a little steep, but can fit up to 4 big cars comfortably. Street parking is available. Backyard and walk to dock/lake is also steep. Elders and anyone with walking disabilities may want to take cautions to and fro the dock.

Summary: property was great. only thing we thought it needed was more tv's in the house. especially the game room

Summary: We really enjoyed the homes layout and the amenities that included a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and indoor pool. The pool unfortunately was not operative during the time we stayed so doublecheck if that is important. One note, the walk to the dock is an extremely steep downslope. And the area around the dock does not lend itself to swimming. But we had jet skis with us so we were able to go to a great little beach area just 5 minutes from the dock. There is also a boat launch in the immediate neighborhood so you can launch a boat and be at the dock in 5 minutes. the neighborhood itself is very quiet and makes for an enjoyable walk. It is a bit hilly, but beautiful nonetheless. We would definitely recommend this home!
