Positive: The staff was great and helpful. The AC in the room is good and the bed was very comfortable. The livingroom looks great. Ceilings are very tall

Negative: It should be clearly stated that this is a shared apartment, because currently it is made seen like a private apartment when booking. We had a drunk guy (probably another quest) sleeping on the livingroom couch, smelling very bad. You can see it was built fast because the buildquality is very bad. Paint tearing from the celing, no hot water. The shower pressure and showerhead were the worst we have experienced in Colombia. No ventilation in the bathroom, which makes it very humid and hot. There was a 1cm gap between the door and wall on one room, so you could see inside the room from the corridor. It is not too noisy on it's own, but the walls are very very thin without any noise isolation, so the other quests woke us up multiple times, as you can hear everything through the walls.

Summary: This is a SHARED apartment that looks great at first glance but fails to deliver the luxury it tries to give

Positive: The room with the king size bed and little chandelier is the only nice one. I only know this because my friend rented it. The kitchen had nice cook wear and the living room and dining room were fancy. The staff was extremely friendly.

Negative: You have to climb a bunch of stairs to reach the only developed area, the penthouse. My ac made a loud noise so I couldn't even run it at night to sleep. The grill on the balcony is rusted and unusable. The pictures are nice but wait till it rains. The ceiling in the laundry room. started leaking terribly. My room had boarded up windows. The girl next to me had to grab a pot to catch the water leaking in her room.If you do choose to stay here only rent the master bedroom otherwise you will be extremely disappointed and hope it doesn't rain alot !

Positive: Central location, very clean and comfortable! The place is huge, has a balcony and hot water and laundry. Only the stove was not working, so could not use the kitchen. Check in was flexible and the staff is very friendly! Recommended!

Positive: The workers are very nice and always willing to help; Good WiFi; Quiet and clean; Can see really beautiful sunset

Negative: Many tuktuk drivers don’t know the hotel location but u can show them the google map and the hotel has a big black door.
