Positive: Great location and super cute beautifully appointed property with everything you need. Grandparents and kids loved it equally.

Negative: Very dark on arrival and pile of deep leaves on front walkway were quite dangerous for my older parents. Would help to have the front porch lights on and path cleared.

Positive: This is a beautiful historic house in a quiet little town. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch swing and to enjoy my morning coffee at the table on the side porch. There is a very nice park for the kids in walking distance and you can walk to downtown Harpers Ferry. One of my favorite things was hearing the church bells from the church that is right beside the house. I would definitely stay again. * If you need anything from the store, Walmart is only a 10 minute drive, and 7-11 is up the street.

Negative: The water pressure is low, so give yourself time to shower.

Positive: Comfortable family home with eclectic local warmth and some modern amenities. Felt like my grandparents farm house with cable. Lots of pillows and interesting books and pictures. Comfortable seating for family of six. Host was great and we had everything we needed.

Negative: Some furniture, door knobs, rails, curtain rods, etc. are aged and wobbly. The stairs and bath are difficult for those with mobility problems.
