Positive: house was clean and "open", nice period pieces. Door was unlocked. I assume the nice gentleman who lived in the home behind was the owner, but not sure.

Negative: WiFi info wasnt easily accessible in the white notebook left. but we were able to locate the information on an envelope with writing on it. Er were just VERY COLD most of the night.

Negative: Stairs to second floor bedrooms were tight and could be difficult for someone without perfect balance.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable house, tastefully renovated and decorated, at the top end of Washington Street with washer and dryer. comfortable beds , great hot shower. and a sitting porch.

Negative: It's a good one mile walk to the historic part of the Lower Town but on the way you pass a bakery with delicious cinnamon buns , a couple of eateries and restaurants. several beautifully renovated historic homes and a couple of historic churches, so the walk is worth it.

Summary: Old World Charm at the top of Washington Street.

Positive: Very spacious but cozy! 1mile to Lower Harpers Ferry. Neat layout to the house. Electric heaters were sufficient. Historic house.

Positive: The host reached out with plenty of time and clear instructions on how to get into the property.

Negative: The key pad to get into the house was a little finicky. I got in after a few tries and it was mostly okay after that. But on the last day it started acting up again. My wife had to let me in once.

Summary: Great trip to a fantastic town with some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.
