Positive: It was easy to get in and out and the staff was a blessing and very helpful.

Negative: The TV was good but half of the channels were a little bit to much static to see and there was no small table that could be used to eat at.

Positive: Very updated, smelled clean when we walked in, and great house cleaning. They exchanged our laundry and made our bed while out which was very nice! The ac worked great as well which was nice to cool off after being in the sun all day! Overall great stay and would stay again! Great location as well!

Negative: The towels were small and scratchy but honestly that was it! There was an almost dead cockroach as well which was probably from being sprayed for bugs but still was not fun to see but I understand it happens!

Summary: Great stay and just what we needed to sleep in while at the lake during the day!

Positive: The room was spacious.

Negative: No one turned the AC unit on before we checked in, even though the room was booked 2 days in advance with a note of our arrival time. The room was 91 degrees when we got in and took the entire night to cool down. The AC should’ve been turned on prior to our arrival when it had been 104 degrees that day.
