Summary: This is a wonderful home and would highly recommend. It has everything you would need including all kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc. Home is under advertised as the views of the 2 beaches from the different lenais and decks are amazing. Pool is great after a day of beaches and hiking. Our family of 5 (kids 15, 12, and 9) had a great time. Thank you for a great stay!

Reviewer Comments: This house!First the location: it sits on a hill overlooking a quiet ocean beach in one direction and a breathtaking river valley in the other. It is set among beautifully maintained gardens that create just the loveliest, most peaceful environment imaginable.As to the house itself:The light-filled master suite is on the top level by itself with its own deck and views of the ocean in two directions. Extremely welcoming, it receives near-constant breezes.The main living area is one floor below, with two comfortable and well-furnished seating areas. There is an excellent kitchen and a laundry room that I wish I could transport back to my own house. A huge wraparound porch on this level takes advantage of the great views.Yet one more floor below are two more spacious, comfortable bedrooms, with baths. A door on this floor leads out to the pool – simple and elegant.This house is so thoughtfully designed and impeccably constructed that every day we found new things to admire.Every amenity, from the towels and linens to the beach chairs/umbrella, from the furnishings to the cedar blocks in the bedroom drawers(!) was top-notch.The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. And a real, unexpected bonus was the art: Throughout the house are paintings representing Hawaiian artists – it’s a bit like living in a delightful gallery.We probably ended up doing fewer island activities than we might have otherwise because we simply enjoyed being in the house so much. And in a place like Kauai, that says a lot.

Summary: Beautiful house and gardens. Nice pool, great kitchen, amazing views all around. The balcony was great for drinking coffee and having wine. Wonderful location, near everything you needed. The beach nearby and the river for paddle boarding were perfect. Only downside was the downstairs bedroom not having AC. The young adults got pretty hot even with the windows open. Master bedroom was wonderful and cool, and loved the huge shower.

Summary: This is my perfect definition of a vacation property on the North side of Kauai. Close to Kilauea, Princeville, and Hanalei... surrounded by tropical beauty and stunning beaches, its everything I want Hawaii to be. The property is perched atop a hillside with gorgeous views in every direction. Its comfortable and warm, beautifully maintained and furnished. We had a restful and exhilarating trip and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen is extremely well stocked with anything you should need. There's two flights of stairs that could be a issue for people that have trouble with steps. The gardens around the house are beautiful with a path to wonder through the flowers and fruit trees, benches in quite areas along the path. A little pricey but worth it.
