High ceilings, wide green belts, and privacy in a quiet complex. Located in spectacular Princeville and just a short walk to lovely Anini Beach and the Westin Princeville. The air conditioning system provides nice cool air in both bedrooms and the living area. The home has access to the community pool and lovely gardens.
Enjoy quiet relaxation in a comfortable two-bedroom town home with no one above or below. The open floor plan with a wide, open and bright two story volume has a contemporary feel. Sliding glass doors open to three separate lanais with private outdoor spaces. The back lanai looks out onto a lush green belt, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Guests appreciate the large dining and living area as a gathering place for watching TV, enjoying the meals prepared in a full kitchen. The bedrooms are nicely separated. There is a ground floor bedroom with queen bed and lanai and a top floor bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and reading and TV area. (Note that the top floor bedroom is open to the living area below - loft style).

The townhome is in a large and sprawling complex and is in a pod of 4 units surrounded by wide greenbelts that lead to a gated pool. The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to the community shopping center and park. And is steps away from the walking/jogging path that winds around the golf course to ocean lookout locations, beach paths (requiring a short hike), a large community park. library, grocery store and courtyard dining.
A few things to note about Puamana 3c:
- Is Puamana 3C right for you? If you're looking for a good-sized, air conditioned, reasonably priced, well-maintained (but older) residential condo in the middle of Princeville, it's a good fit for you. These are the qualities that our guests love. If you're looking for a resort with large pools that's been recently upgraded and has an ocean view .... and don't mind spending the extra money, then it's not the right place for you.
- The air conditioning system was installed in 2021. It is a central Mitsubishi "mini split" system. It has a central condenser (on the patio) and three individually controlled blowers: (1) Master bedroom (2) Guest bedroom (3) Living area. Some people ask me if air conditioning is needed ... my answer is "it depends." In the winter months (December to February), it's a bit cooler and A/C might not be needed. But the rest of the year, A/C provides a level of comfort that I certainly enjoy. I like to have it on in the evening, because I sleep better when it's cool and comfortable. And when I get back from a day of adventuring, I definitely like to have it on to provide some much-enjoyed relief. To me, it's a necessity but not everyone in Kauai has it.
- Puamana is a quiet, residential complex with very few vacation rentals. This makes for a nice peaceful environment

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this Princeville condo.Keith, the owner was very informative and helpful. When we arrived, he had a personal video for us to watch with suggestions on what to do on the island,which was extremely wonderful.There was also plenty of beach toys for us to use, added bonusOur family had a wonderful time

Summary: Great property and location! It was a very comfortable. My wife liked wandering off in the middle of the night to enjoy the gorgeous loft bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. Walk down to the beach is just minutes away.And Keith is a great host! We appreciated Keith's communication and guidance in making our experience in Princeville and Kauai great. And I appreciated all the gear (bogey boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs umbrella) available. It made our time great there.

Summary: Quiet, beautiful garden location centrally located to everything on the north shore. All the amenities we needed were provided from beach chairs to a cooler. Host was very accommodating and we had no questions at arrival because he was in touch before we left home so we could just unpack and relax.

Summary: We really enjoyed this condo. Great location, clean and spacious and nice to have air conditioning. Close to so many beautiful beaches so the chairs and boogie boards provided was so convenient.Keith was great to work with -great lines of communication.Will definitely plan to come back!

Summary: We were two female friends coming from Oahu for a short getaway. Keith was extremely thoughtful and organized and provided a helpful welcome video as well as email, written instructions etc. He was very responsive when we reached out with questions before our arrival. There are beach chairs, towels and some snorkeling gear for guests which is not often provided. Kitchen is well stocked but could use an electric kettle and tea pot. Beds are OK. Pillows need improvement. The unit would benefit greatly from some upgrades for old, tired features.

Summary: Well stocked kitchen, great air conditioning, nice assortment of family games. Good location to Princeville market. Hard to find unit at night, although well documented. Only thing I wished was for blackout curtains in master bedroom and living room( loft layout)it’s very bright and with the roosters, you’re up early.

Summary: We just got back from a week stay at this condo in Princeville and it was lovely. The owner made sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed and was a great communicator. We really loved the little touches, like the fresh flowers, granola and a binder full of all kinds of great advice about the island. The location was perfect for us, as we spent the majority of the time on the North Shore. It was a quick entry into the community from the highway and a nearby hike down to Willey Beach. Our only complaint was that the showers were a little moldy on the caulking. My little girl doesn't like showers and we didn't feel super comfortable letting her soak in the tub. It's an older place (like most of the places in the area) but other than that, it was absolutely spectacular and we would definitely stay there again.
