Positive: Check in was smooth and effortless. Room was clean neat and spacious.

Negative: This is a personal preference, the bed was too high. I felt that I needed steps to get into bed. It was difficult to get enough towels in spite of asking multiple times. My hair is down to my waist I NEED multiple towels.
