Positive: This was a fantastic find. Just saying it was clean is not enough, it was perfect, the decor was tasteful and finished to a high standard, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms spectacular with comfy beds and great pillows, we all really enjoyed our stay and couldn't recommend it high enough. The bubbly and chocolate left for our arrival was a nice touch.

Positive: Our group consisted of 3 couples with 2 children aged 3 and 6. The house was really well equipped with large comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to eat and socialise together in the kitchen/diner. Lots of thoughtful touches made it a really lovely stay.

Negative: The only downside was there was only one parking space with the property however you can prebook more spaces in the Morrison's car park which is a 4 minute walk away.

Positive: Excellent location, absolutely stunning house with everything you need and more, the whole family loved it so much and wanted to live there! So much fun having a pool table, kids loved that we had Netflix and could use our Spotify account on the tvs too. Plenty of fridge and freezer space, spotless well equipped kitchen, so much space everywhere. Morrisons right next door, incredible coffee shop 1min away, beach and shops less than 5 mins walk. Whitstable 20 mins away, Margate 30 mins away by car. We LOVED staying here!

Negative: Everything was amazing we loved it, could do with enough fans for one in each bedroom but only relevant on the warmer days, was still comfortable 👌🏻

Summary: Immaculate, gorgeous property, made our holiday perfect!

The location is perfect for getting to the supermarket, shops and beach front very quickly and the parking is a bonus. We can't wait to come back
