Positive: Broken ice machine, non working laundry.. property surrounded by "no pets zones" noisy neighbors dogs barking all the time.

Negative: Noisy out of control dogs barking next property, no pets zones on entire property. No safe place to walk your dog for bathroom. Beds uncomfortable.

Summary: It was a room and an uncomfortable bed. But they had bathtubs at least
