Summary: It was good for the price. I did not like it that the rooms were hot when we got their. Air condition worked after it was turn on. For the price, it was a good stay. Would I stay their again, probably not.

Summary: Basic hotel in historic building, at reasonable price. Service could be better. Checked late at night. Temperature outside was still over 90F and th room was very hot. AC was not on, so took a few minutes in the room for it to cool down some. A little thought about client comfort / service to turn the room AC ahead of time would have been great.

Summary: Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have was the bed. The mattress kept sliding around. It seems that it was on a board that caused it to slide.

Summary: Although the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was worn and tired. Odd smell when we got off on 5th floor. No odor in room however. The room was very noisy for sleeping. Lots of trucks and sirens. Bed cover very thin. Honestly I could have stayed at Motel 6 for the same level of service and saved money in the long run.

Summary: Overall property & room was clean. The ac room was OFF so it took awhile to cool. Also the elevator was out of order & my room was in 3rd floor.

Summary: Positive: Staff is very friendly; Negative: Elevator is not working so one must use the stairs which can be problematic; Rooms that have small window units which can't keep up with South Texas summer heat; Dozens of cats in the parking lot cause a variety of issues including urine smell.
