Summary: The room was large and clean, beds are more firm than soft but comfortable. The room had a musty, mildewy smell, but after a few hours and some lysol the room smell was tolerable but may have caused my family member's allergies to kick in. Evening front desk was nice and friendly, day staff was more matter of fact. They charge for parking and was not given a riverview as I had booked online for the following day. There is a balcony, but not a private balcony, other rooms have access to the balcony, and it wraps around the hotel, which is very nice, but again no privacy on the balcony. There are 2 pools, and that was nice, with towels available near the pool. I did not realize how deep the pool was until got in. There is only 1 section that has listed as 8 feet so if you are not looking at all sides of the pool you may end up in the deep side without knowing.
