Positive: The staff was very kind, welcoming and helped us with everything we needed...especially Khalil. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a stay. The dinners you can get at the Riad are very delicious.
Negative: The breakfast was ok. Too plain and we missed some fruits as well as some alternatives.

Positive: Bardzo piękny Riad, typowy marokański styl, bardzo czysto, obsługa bardzo przyjemna. Super miejsce na Hammam. Dobre śniadanie.
Negative: Lokalizacja trochę za daleko od Medina i fakt, że trzeba płacić na miejscu kartą lub gotówką.

Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this riad was absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, the hospitality was outstanding. Before we even arrived, Khalil reached out to check on our arrival time and make sure everything was arranged for our check-in. Although I didn’t have the chance to meet him in person, he continued to check in throughout our stay to make sure my friend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of care and attention really stood out. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and the perfect place to experience the warmth and charm of Morocco. A huge thank you to Abdul and Youssef, who truly made our stay unforgettable. They were incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was offering recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or simply making sure we were comfortable, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their genuine hospitality and warm personalities made us feel less like guests and more like family. I stayed here with my friend, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, and we are so grateful for their kindness. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh. If you’re looking for exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodation, and hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the place to stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

Positive: The staff are all amazing, very helpful and accommodating. They also served traditional Morroccan meals and it tastes amazing.
Negative: Not having a good grocery store nearby . The location was also a bit of inconvenience as it is outside Medina and I have to get a cab just to eat in a proper restaurant. Also, just make sure that you booked a room with private bathroom.

Positive: The breakfast was very good, there was a lot of it and it varied every day. The staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Negative: It is located a short walk from the central area, about 15 minutes, but the neighbourhood is very interesting and the local people are also very friendly.
Summary: A great experience, all our needs were met. I would stay there again.
